Portland’s legendary Dandy Warhols will be playing a live set on KCRW’s infamous Morning Becomes Eclectic tomorrow morning at 11:15am PST. You can tune in if you live in California, but if you don’t live there, you can direct your browser to KRCW.com. It’s the first performance in an action-packed month for the Santa Monica-based radio station. Other bands scheduled for October include:
TUESDAY, OCT 7 — BROKEN WEST
WEDNESDAY, OCT 8 — EMILY WELLS
THURSDAY, OCT 9 – k. d. lang
FRIDAY, OCT 10 — RACHAEL YAMAGATA
THURSDAY, OCT 16 — THE BOAT PEOPLE
TUESDAY, OCT 21 — POP LEVI
FRIDAY, OCT 24 — STEREOLAB
FRIDAY, OCT 31 — THE 88
Yeah, I kind of scratched my head at k. d. lang too, but after all it is called Morning Becomes Eclectic. If you’d like to check out previous performances, visit here. If you’d like to see what they consider the best song of each set alongside a live review, check our the KCRW blog here.
