From the just when you think you’ve seen and heard it all department: When I saw a commercial advertising this album the afternoon, I was quite so sure it was going to be listenable. After listening to it this evening, I’m positive this album requires a few cocktails and a valium or three before attempting to digest. Now, you folks know I’ve loved me some hair metal in my lifetime…but my days would definitely not be merry and bright if I had to listen to this in its entirety again. Heh.
There were a few enjoyable tracks though and you know as well as I do that the novelty factor is worth its weight in studded wristbands. Make a point of checking out the tracks I’ve shared and let me know what you think….if you don’t enjoy the L.A. Guns song, your sense of holiday adventure needs some serious tweaking!
